REFUND POLICY

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. Proof of purchase required to verify the correct price of the item, in case where receipt is not available current price will be applied.

To start a return and exchange, you can contact us at info@lmtddxb.com. When requesting a return via email or phone, we would request the receipt number, location, and reason for return (for quality assurance purposes).

All returned items must be unworn and in original packaging

If you chose to exchange for a more expensive item, you will have to pay the difference before the new item is dispatched to you. In addition, shipping charges might apply for below 400 AED orders.

Unfortunately, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we are not allowed to refund cash nor refund via credit card due to security and verification reasons.

All items bought from LMTDDXB provides 100% quality assurity, in case of used item, any dissatisfaction with the quality or manufacturing fault, item can be exchanged for similar value.

Iteams on discount can only be exchanged.

International and GCC returns, shipping will be paid by the customer.
